Scanned

Meg
© Brian Adams

I took these photos in 2004. At the time, I had just graduated from high school and had started assisting photographer Clark James Mishler. Meg (above) was one of my first close photo friends and friend in general after high school. We would drive around all day and night just making pictures or going to local shows, it was wonderful. We are still friends, despite the many miles between us.

Earlier this week, I had the scanner out and was looking for a frame of my Grandma Ruth (I will save that image for a later post) also taken in 2004. But, while I was going though the old positive sheets of film, I set aside a few images that I wanted to scan and share. I loved the feel and look of these old photos and how even though it hasn't really been that long (14 years), I can still look at the film quality and say, "thats from the early 2000s." I love the details of photography and all that comes with simple images of life.
