Michael Franklin, Kris Swanson and myself are in San Francisco for the Olympus Bioscapes Digital Imaging Competition. Michael received a honorable mention in the competition so we are down here for the awards show and opening. We are staying at a wonderful little hotel called The Inn at Union Square. Right on Union Square. Its perfect. Right next to all the shopping and good food! We will be back in Alaska on Tuesday but this has been a wonderful little break from the Alaska cold. yay. Go Michael!
