I am thrilled to announce that early last week I received my signed and completed contract with the University of Alaska Press for my first full-length photography book project. I am honored to have this opportunity, and I cannot thank Greg Kimura, the Alaska Humanities Forum, and the press enough for taking a chance on me and supporting my work. The book, which will explore Alaska through portraits of its people, will be released and distributed nationally in the fall of 2013. Keep an eye up for updates! Ash and I will be traveling all over Alaska over the next year photographing and updating the blog as much as possible!
